How can I start working with Hekim Isleri?

We begin by reviewing your current digital presence, goals and needs. From there, we develop a tailored plan covering the scope of services, content production workflow and priority actions. Once approved, we build the operational calendar and launch the process.

Which medical specialties do you work with?

We work with physicians and healthcare organizations across a wide range of specialties, including obstetrics and gynecology, fertility and IVF, orthopedics, general surgery, plastic surgery, dentistry, ENT and thoracic surgery. Content tone and communication strategy are planned separately for each specialty.

What is included in your social media management service?

Our core service typically includes strategy development, monthly content planning, copywriting, graphic design, photo and video production, editing, publishing, account management and performance reporting. Paid media, website development and CRM solutions can be added based on your specific needs.

How much time do I need to dedicate to content production?

We structure the process to minimize disruption to the physician’s daily schedule. In most cases, we batch-produce multiple pieces of content during a dedicated shoot day, while our team prepares the content for the weeks ahead. This allows the physician to focus only on providing expert input and approving the final materials.

Do you follow healthcare advertising and communication regulations?

Yes. We review all content and advertising through the lens of healthcare ethics, applicable regulations and platform policies. We avoid misleading promises, guaranteed-outcome claims and communication practices that could undermine trust. All final materials go through an approval process before publication.

Do you only work with physicians in Istanbul?

No. We can manage strategy, content planning, design, paid media, web and CRM services remotely for clients across different cities in Türkiye. Our photo and video production is primarily based in Istanbul, while projects outside the city are planned separately.
